Our dedicated team of volunteer coaches work tirelessly to help our members continue to improve and enjoy the sport. They regularly undertake personal development to ensure they are up to speed with current coaching practice in the UK. As a Clubmark accredited club, any coach who works alone is fully qualified to do so and any coach working with junior athletes holds an up to date DBS. A number of our junior members have recently completed their British Rowing Young Leaders Award and assist our club coaches during water sessions.
